Help and actively participate
As a member, you help to enable the work of the association here in Germany and actively participate in decisions at our general meetings. In addition to the membership fee, you can also volunteer and help shape our work.
The membership fee of €36/year secures the work of the association, including administrative costs for development processes, printing, advertising, website, postage, etc.

Think, act and make a difference together
The association’s work is diverse and extensive and has so far been carried out mainly by the board. At least once a year, there is a general meeting that can be attended by all members in person or online. The members and sponsors are very interested and we receive many questions and support via email or phone. Many have also been to Kenya and have personally visited the children’s home and the Sandai guest farm!
As part of this development concept, there will be tasks that will be presented and delegated at the general meetings. We welcome everyone who would like to take get involved!
In 2023, an association development concept was launched. This was and still is important to us in order to position the association well and securely for the future. In the process, all organizational and content-related aspects are being reviewed and examined for future viability, legal certainty and usability. Thereby, we are being supported by the Conversio Institute Duisburg, which specializes in organizational development and fundraising specifically for associations and social organizations.
